By creating an account or using Style Mirror, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

Style Mirror is designed for personal styling. When uploading images, you agree to the following: • Base photos must be photos of yourself. Do not upload images of other people without their explicit consent. • Clothing photos should depict garments or outfits you own or wish to reference for styling purposes. • Do not upload images that are obscene, offensive, illegal, or that violate the rights of any third party. • Do not upload images containing minors. • Style Mirror reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Style Mirror uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images and outfit suggestions. AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will look in reality. Generated images are for personal reference only and should not be used for commercial purposes or to misrepresent your appearance.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Style Mirror a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the styling service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell or distribute your images to third parties.

You may not use Style Mirror to: • Impersonate another person or create deceptive content. • Upload or generate content that is harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI processing systems. • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Style Mirror is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Credit-based features are non-refundable once consumed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Mirror and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate AI-generated results, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your uploaded images and generated content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
